To Tournament Organizers,

We would like to thank you for considering Golden West as a site for your tournament this year. Setting up and organizing a golf tournament is as easy as phoning our office and speaking with one of our staff, who will be pleased to help you. Our tournament coordinators will help you organize all aspects of your tournament, including information on golf, rentals, BBQ's, and prizes.

Please note that we are offering a Weekday Special for groups holding tournaments Monday thru Friday. These packages include a Green Fee, Power Cart and BBQ at substantial savings.

To enable your tournament to begin smoothly, our starter will be at the first tee to assist you. We will answer any questions about the rules of golf and will help any beginners in your group. To ensure that your day is a pleasurable one, the marshal and refreshment cart will be on the course to assist your group with all your needs. Golden West offers a 10% discount in our Golf Shop for all tournament groups purchasing prizes.

Golden West is a complete golfing facility with Golf Shop, Driving Range , Clubhouse, BBQ facilities and a friendly staff to assist you. Should you have any special concerns please feel free to discuss them with your tournament organizer. We have information on a number of different tournament formats and will be happy to find the one that will best suit your group. Tournament days and times are first-come first-serve so please book your tournament early to ensure you get the right day and the right time for your special day.
