Booking your tee-time with Golden West couldn't be easier. You have three options:

For all tee-time bookings for today including lessons, call the Pro Shop at (780) 447-1099.

For all group bookings (groups over 8) please contact Nicole: (780) 447-1099

Online Booking Instructions:

In order to book online, your name needs to be registered with the new system. Here is how to register:

1. On the next screen, click on “register” which is on the right side of the screen.
2. Your next screen will ask you to fill out the following fields:
   
   – Email- where you want your confirmations to go
   – Verify email
   – Password- enter your own password
   – Verify password
   – Security Question- incase you forget your password
   – Security Answer
   – First Name
   – Last Name- Both first and last name should be the names on your monthly statement from Country Hills.
   – Gender
   – Birthdate- mm/dd/yy
   – Phone Number starting with area code
   – Address
   – Address
   – City
   – Country
   – Province
   – Postal Code- T9T3T3 (no spaces)
   
3. You will get a “registration successful” screen if it worked OK.
4. You are now registered for online booking. Click on the ‘proceed to login page' on the bottom of your page.
5. Click on ‘find a tee time' on the right side of the screen.
6. Select date/time/# of players/18 holes.
7. Click on “show me tee times”
8. It will then show you all available tee times that you are looking for, choose 1.
9. If you were successful, you will be given a confirmation page for your records.
10. You then need to ‘logout' at the end of your session.
